Our professional team ensures that the venue sparkles, making sure it’s fresh and pristine when your event starts. Whether it’s a small gathering or a grand celebration, we provide complimentary linen cleaning with no additional fees. During our layout meetings, our venue coordinator reviews the requirements with you regarding your third-party catering vendor to ensure they adhere to our cleanliness standards for a smooth and stress-free event. Bar Area
Our luxurious bar area is perfect for guests to enjoy during the reception. We also provide bar stools, if desired. Guests are allowed to bring their own alcohol as well as bring in a bartending service to cater the event. As long as there is proof of a TABC, start your night with a campaign toast and enjoy the rest with a cocktail.
Bridal Suite & Grooms Lounge
Complimentary with the entire building rental, guests have exclusive access to two luxurious private rooms. The Gentlemen’s Lissone Lounge offers comfort and entertainment with two cozy couches, a TV, board games, poker, and music equipment for the groom and his groomsmen to unwind and enjoy the day. Meanwhile, The Bella Bridal Suite exudes elegance, featuring a private opulent bathroom, lavish lighting from two crystal chandeliers, a high-quality sound system, two plush velvet couches, multiple full-length mirrors, and a TV. Every detail is designed to ensure a luxurious, stress-free experience for the bride and her party.

Our clean, conveniently located restroom facilities are perfect for your wedding event. You won’t have to worry about renting portable toilets or ensuring the facilities are large enough for your guest list when you book your event at Milano Event Center.
Indoor Lighting
The indoor lighting at The Milano Event Center is perfect for taking timeless photos on your big day. Showcased between the two large foyers is our color changing LED arch way. Change the lighting to fit the mood of any party: red, blue, green! Complimentary with all events are uplights that can be placed anywhere in the room. All banquet rooms also encompass a dimming light system.

The Milano Event Center is conveniently located right next to two hotels, perfect for out-of-town guests. We are also right down the road from First Colony Town Center and less than 30 minutes from the Houston Galleria. Adjustable Staging & AV Facilities
Want to play a video, audio, or change the lighting? The Milano Event Center allows our guests to use any and all of our AV equipment to make their event the perfect setting.
With the use of the 10’ Projector Screen and HD video projector, you can display any slideshow or home video of your story. Utilize the adjustable stage and microphone system to give beautiful speeches, talk to your partygoers, or sing your heart out. The lighting system allows you to make the room as bright or dark as you wish. Our Bose ControlSpace audio system and theater-style light dimming, creates the perfect scene for any event.
Large On-Site Catering Kitchen
Our venue’s on-site catering kitchen accommodates for all our guests’ food related needs. We provide multiple refrigerators and plenty of counter space to store everything you may bring. Not only can you and your guests access our fully functional kitchen, but we also allow you to bring in your own caterers, with no outside vendor fee. As long as the caterers provide their W-9 and liability insurance, they can utilize all kitchen amenities.
Open Patio
Hoping for an outdoor ceremony? Our open patio, The Prato, is the perfect space. With 972 square feet, the patio can host up to 150 people. If you decide on a banquet style event, a dance floor is the perfect addition. The outdoor space gives a beautiful lakefront view and lit with several bistro lights, perfect for photo opportunities. The patio comes complementary with a booking for the main ballroom or the whole building.
Décor for Reception Halls
We provide a wide variety of furnishings at The Milano Event Center. Included in your event comes the option of having round tables (5x5ft), rectangular tables (6ft long), and cocktail tables (high and low). With the tables comes your choice of linens. Mix and match from our five linen table covers: Ivory, Rose Gold, Champagne, Navy Blue, Black. For seating we provide cross back reception chairs and bar stools for the bar area. For a simple and elegant look, feel free to make use of our 3 vase floating candles and warm staging uplights. Take a look at our complementary easel as well.
Climate Controlled Indoor Reception
Our beautiful indoor reception halls are climate controlled, so you can ensure all your guests are happy and comfortable throughout the entire event. Don’t stress about planning your event around the weather; we will gladly adjust all climate settings to your liking.
Parking Lot
We provide two parking areas at our event center, making it easy for your guests to arrive and leave the reception. Though the spaces are limited, friends and family are more than welcome to park along the street and enjoy the beautiful scenery as they walk up to the venue.
